1. Services Provided

Blue Jay Travels provides corporate employee transportation, school bus services, luxury rentals, airport transfers, and excursion transport in and around Hyderabad. All services are subject to vehicle availability and prior booking confirmation.

2. Bookings and Cancellations

Quotations: Quotes provided via our website or communication channels are estimates based on the information provided and may be subject to change upon final confirmation of the itinerary.
Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service booked (daily corporate routes vs. one-off rentals). Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your formal service agreement or booking confirmation.

3. Passenger Conduct

To ensure a safe and comfortable journey for everyone, passengers must adhere to the following:

No illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials are permitted on any Blue Jay Travels vehicle.
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a trip early if passenger behavior endangers safety.

4. Damages and Cleaning

The client or organization making the booking is responsible for the behavior of their passengers. If a vehicle requires extraordinary cleaning (due to spills, sickness, etc.) or sustains physical damage caused by passengers, the client agrees to cover the cost of cleaning and repairs.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we pride ourselves on punctuality and reliability, Blue Jay Travels is not liable for delays, missed connections, or unfulfilled schedules caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to: severe weather, traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, or mechanical breakdowns.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
